Dr. Monica is the owner and practitioner at Moving Like A Mother Physical Therapy and Wellness which is conveniently within the Contrology Center. Monica completed her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science from Miami University, OH. She then went on to obtain her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in North Chicago IL in 2013. Following the birth of her children Monica became passionate about the education and treatment of pregnancy, postpartum, and pelvic floor conditions. She completed extensive continuing education of pelvic floor rehabilitation through Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation. She helps women of all ages with pelvic floor dysfunction reclaim their health and achieve all their health and wellness goals. She has additional training in postpartum corrective exercise and is an exercise and running enthusiast. She is certified in Dry Needling through Myopain and offers dry needling and pelvic floor rehab services at her private practice. Contact for more details.
